I'll start with the power of my personalized service.  I know that you have many agents to choose from when listing your home, however no other agent can give the level of service that I can offer!

Here is a high level overview to start to get you comfortable with my approach.

-I have been a Top Producing mulitple award winning agent in Hampton Roads for the past 15 years! 

- I believe that the person who lists your home should be your primary contact. I DO NOT FARM OUT MY CLIENTS TO INEXPERIENCED AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS! I PERSONALLY handle all of my listings. 

- I ANSWER my phone! This is the single most important aspect to selling Real Estate and one that I believe many agents drop the ball.  If you call between the hours of 9am and 9pm, I will PERSONALLY make every effort to take your call.  If for some reason I am not able to answer right away I will respond via TXT and call you back within an HOUR! If your agent does not take your calls, how can you know that they are responding in a timely manor to potential buyers?

The tools we use to market your home are second to none.  We invest heavily in marketing our listings and one example of that is Matterport 3D scans which we provide FREE for our listings. .  Matterport 3D scans are far and away superior to traditional photos in that it gives prospective buyers a showing experience of our listings that make it like they are actually in the home.  Showings without the inconvenience of showings if you will.
